This page is maintained by WayMaker GED Toolkit to explain how you may (and may not) use the lesson packs you purchase here. Plain language, no fine-print games.

The short version

When you buy a WayMaker GED Toolkit lesson pack, you're buying a single-teacher, personal-classroom-use license. You may use it with your own students, in your own classroom, for as long as you're teaching. You may not resell, redistribute, share, repost, or upload the materials anywhere else — original or modified, free or paid.

1. What your purchase includes

Each purchase grants one teacher a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased lesson pack for the sole purpose of teaching that teacher's own current students, in that teacher's own classroom (in-person, hybrid, or virtual).

2. What you may do

Use the lesson pack with your own students in your own classroom.
Project, display, or share the lesson on your classroom screen or LMS during live instruction with your enrolled students.
Print or photocopy the printable portions (teacher script, vocab lists, quiz questions) in reasonable quantities for your own current students only.
Make personal notes and annotations on your own copy for your own instructional use.

3. What you may NOT do

No resale. You may not sell, sublicense, or relicense the materials — in whole or in part — for any amount, in any format.
No redistribution. You may not share, email, text, AirDrop, or otherwise send the files to other teachers, colleagues, tutors, family members, or any third party.
No reposting. You may not upload, mirror, or publish the materials — original or modified — to any website, blog, marketplace (TeachersPayTeachers, Etsy, Gumroad, etc.), social media platform, shared drive, torrent, or AI training dataset.
No sharing across teachers or classrooms. Each teacher who uses the materials with their own students must purchase their own license. If your program needs a multi-teacher or site license, contact us.
No stripping or rebranding. You may not remove attributions, watermarks, or branding, and you may not present the materials as your own work.
No derivative resale. Modified, translated, or "inspired-by" versions of the materials still fall under this license and may not be resold or redistributed.

4. Intellectual property

All content in every WayMaker GED Toolkit lesson pack — including teacher scripts, flip cards, Boss Battle questions, artwork, XP systems, layouts, and copy — remains the intellectual property of WayMaker GED Toolkit. Your purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of, the materials.

5. Program & site licenses

Buying for multiple teachers, a department, or an adult-education site? Reach out — multi-seat and site licenses are available and priced fairly for programs.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this license (including resale, redistribution, or reposting) may result in immediate revocation of your license, and WayMaker GED Toolkit reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable copyright law.

7. Refund policy

All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds.

Because lesson packs are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Please review the preview and license terms carefully before completing your purchase.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated over time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of newly purchased packs is governed by the then-current terms.
